Located in the beach community of Arverne New York, Casa de Olas, or "Wave House" is all you could ever want from a beach vacation rental. The home features five bedrooms and two full baths, a large open floorplan living space, with massive hardwood table for dinner and games. It also features, a huge private outdoor space complete with a tiki bar, a heated freshwater plunge pool/ hot tub, hot water outdoor shower, hammocks galore, wood fire pit, and charcoal grill.  The Atlantic ocean, the beach, and our wonderful new boardwalk are just a few short blocks away. We are up the street from the Rockaway Beach Brewing Co.  and within walking distance to so many other great bars and restaurants. Take a surf lesson at the surf beach just up the street, or rent a stand-up paddleboard and cruise the bay. Get crazy or just chill out, whatever your speed, this house is set up for it.
